| Accuracy | About 3 km. Placed by hand in a map-queue session and approved by a person. If something sits in the wrong place, members can fix it with Fix placement on the map. |
| Method | From a georeferenced USGS GeoTIFF (1:62,500), reprojected to longitude and latitude and cut at its neatline, then placed with the 42 corners of a regular grid on it (an exact fit). The sheet was drawn on the Old Hawaiian datum, so positions can differ from today’s by a few hundred metres. See the methodology. |
